Had a lovely dinner here, we are regulars as the food and service is always amazing, our server was amazing, we have had the privilege of being served by Teresa on multiple occasions and they are always bubbly
a group of 6 of us went for father’s day and ate from the set menu. the experience was exceptional. we were sat early, despite arriving 15 minutes before our reservation and not expecting to be sat. our waiter was also amazing (i’m unsure of his name but he was a slim, tall young man) - super sweet, attentive but not overly and checked in on us just enough. the food was great, unlimited salad bar kept stocked up. we stayed their for just over 3 hours and didn’t feel rushed out, it was great. super nice experience overall. thank you :)
Great service, great waitress Teresa who we have had as our waitress many times before! We like when she is on shift Nothing too much trouble for her and she doesn’t leave you waiting for ages, checks everything is ok

A fab visit yet again at my favourite Harvester! I received a lovely, friendly welcome as I entered and was seated promptly. My server Teresa was efficient, I got my drink within a matter of moments and my order taken. Friendly service makes all the difference and it is what makes this the best Harvester!! In all the times I have been here I have never had any poor food, it’s always been delicious. The salad bar is always kept tidy and stocked. The manager Paulina was working hard and keeping all on track. Great team clearly working together!! I am treated well and have a great experience every time! Can I give 6 stars??
Visited with my family for Father’s Day and was served by Ciara who was brilliant when one of our starters hadn’t come out she was straight on it and it came out within minutes. The food was great and very tasty. She was very attentive and welcoming. Great service and great food would definitely be coming back.
We haven't been to the Horse and Groom in many years so we pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place looked. The decor and layout just works. Plenty of car space and seating made this a good start to the evening. We were greated with a welcome that is often missing at other places and seated straight away. We had pre booked. Our waitress for the evening was Ruby who was genuinely happy and eager to make sure all our needs were met and her friendly manner immediately made us feel great. Our food and drinks were served and was extremely nice. Big portions which non of us were able to finish, was well worth the money. An added bonus was the 50% off main meals which overall saved us a whopping 32. Overall, the three of us loved every moment and left completely satisfied. Even the other customers were amazing. It's weird to think how much fun and joking you can have around a salad bar with compete strangers!! I've mentioned Ruby already but I must add also, her whole attitude toward her job plus her ability to talk with us and not at us makes me happy to give this a 5 star rating. Plus she also has a great sense of humour which always go's well with me. Well done everyone and thank you
I have been coming to the Horse & Groom Sidcup regularly for the last few months as I am working away from home. I haven’t been able to fault this venue once for anything. It’s a great venue with a great atmosphere. The salad bar is always clean and well stocked. I am impressed with the staff who make all the difference to an already fab visit. The manager, Paulina is noticeable and clearly in charge and running a tight ship. She is always going that extra mile for customers and so positive! Genuinely the best manager I’ve seen in any restaurant I’ve been to. I have been served by many awesome staff but on numerous occasions by Teresa. She is super efficient, friendly and ensures the best experience. Yes there is great food but the staff make all the difference and it’s why I choose to keep coming here! I recommend using the rewards club as there are some great offers too. Genuinely 5 stars!
